Data Analyst/Researcher

Ya gotta have a flawless sense of humor.  Ya gotta be a numbers geek.  Ya gotta have skills not only to create sharp-looking reports and graphs, but also to interpret the data and make solid recommendations based on that data.  And most of all, ya gotta have a thirst for knowledge!

We’re a Kendall Square Cambridge-based customer service consulting firm with an immediate opening for an exceptional, team-oriented Data Analyst/Researcher.  If you’ve mastered Excel and PowerPoint, have strong skills in the rest of the MS Office Suite and are a solid writer, then we’ve got a job for you!  You’ll not only be doing some number crunching, but you’ll also be creating weekly and monthly client reports and you’ll have direct client contact.  You’ll also be a liaison for our client to their phone carrier and their business partners. 

When you wear your “researcher” hat, you’ll assist the President of the company and other Consultants in digging in to topics about the call center industry, including technology innovations, rep motivation techniques, etc.  You’ll maintain the company web site.  And you’ll assist in writing white papers to be shared with our clients and prospects.  If you’re good, you may even participate in client and prospect presentations based on your research.  This is a great stepping stone to becoming a customer service consultant!
