We’re a Kendall Square Cambridge-based customer service consulting firm, founded in 1988.  We help our clients plan and execute best-in-class customer service—both outsourced and in-house, call center and self-service (web, IVR, NLU), with a particular specialty in remote call monitoring programs.  We’re fairly high-tech, so everyone needs to have strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and web research abilities.
